Committed to helping our members better understand the industry and excel as PR practitioners, the PRCA is undoubtedly the leading training provider in the field. Our close consultative relationship with our members ensures we deliver a programme of content rich, cutting edge and relevant learning experiences, which deliver significant benefits both for the organization and the individuals goals. Standards of excellence are strictly monitored.

The training combines relevance, flexibility, value for money and the effective use of time. Importantly the skills, techniques and best practice covered in out programmes can be used with immediate effect upon returning to work.

Our expert trainers have passed our industry-standard Approved Trainers’ Scheme. This demonstrates their competency as a trainer, experience in their specialism, the ability to communicate challenging themes and provide clarity and understanding to an audience.

Additionally, the PRCA runs surveys, advises on best practice and provides quality assurances through our internationally recognized Consultancy Management Standard. For over 10 years we have delivered a significant part of this commitment to excellence through our first class corporate training.

Training Options

Training is delivered throughout the UK, face-to-face or online. As well as a programme containing a core group of courses and advanced options, we are able to offer bespoke training programmes tailored for your organisation’s needs. These can be delivered at the PRCA or at your offices, wherever they may be.

The demand for online training has grown dramatically and has been especially welcomed by our international members. These bite-size courses allow you to take the course at a time and place of your choosing, without the risk of over subscribing. They deliver the same high standard of learning, in a flexible and cost-effective way.
