Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Terms:
PRCA does not offer any refunds on training courses booked, only a transfer (of the same cost value) is eligible.
 

Transfer Procedure:
One transfer to another course is permitted per place booked, 5 days or more before the course without incurring a fee (the course must be of the same cost value). Thereafter no transfer will be permitted and cancellation terms will apply.

All transfer requests should be made in writing to events@prca.org.uk during office hours (09:00 - 18:00)

  • Fee income is defined as fees or income arising from time spent on carrying out public relations consultancy work plus any mark up and any handling charges or profits made on disbursement or expenses.

  • This figure must include the fees from any subsidiary companies but not associated companies (see below).

One asterisk (*) against a client's name indicates that the consultancy has been retained by that client for three years; two asterisks (**) indicate that it has been retained for at least five years. Clients served on an ad-hoc basis are listed separately.
