Katharine Barney is the Director of Communications and Policy at the PRCA. Katharine is an expert on the issues facing the PR market and evaluation, and is also happy to comment on general corporate reputation issues. She has a strong history in crisis communications, policy development, and extensive experience on Fleet Street newspapers.

Francis Ingham has been Chief Executive of the PRCA since 2007. Prior to joining the PRCA, he was Assistant Director General and Head of Public Affairs at the CIPR, having previously worked for the Conservative Party and the CBI. He is also a Director of The Speakers' Corner Trust, and a member of the Court of the Guild of PR Practitioners. He has been a Councillor and Vice Chairman of an NHS Trust.
