Graduate Training Programme - Idea Generation

ARTS & ENTERTAINMENT PR.

INTERESTED? READ ON…

Idea Generation, the UK's largest specialist Arts, Entertainment and Cultural PR agency is growing, and we're looking for talented and passionate graduates to take part in our Graduate Training Programme.

Our clients are world leaders in their field, so we're only after the best: strong-minded people with big ideas.

You will be pushed on a daily basis to develop your skills and by the end of the programme, if all goes well, you will have developed a CV and portfolio of work strong enough to secure a full time job in PR - either with Idea Generation or with another agency.

What we offer:

£10,000 pro rata (£2,500 for the three month programme)

A highly intensive and structured introduction to all aspects of PR, from copywriting to event management

The opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with some of the most exciting arts, cultural and entertainment clients in the country

What you offer:

Demonstrable interest in the media and / or public relations

Demonstrable knowledge of the arts and entertainment sectors

Diligence, hard-work, perseverance, plenty of ideas and bags of enthusiasm

Our Graduate Trainees are integral members of staff and vital to the healthy running of our business. We therefore offer them more experience and opportunity, but expect more maturity and responsibility, than many similar programmes.

Yes, we're perfectionists; yes, we're demanding; yes, we're ambitious; but, no, we're not apologetic or embarrassed about it. After all, these are the qualities that have made us one of the most successful PR agencies around.
