PRESS RELEASE
London, 31 August, 2011 - In a bold move to help its members across the UK with their professional development, the PRCA today announced it is halving its regional training prices.
From 01 September 2011, members taking training courses in Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh and Belfast can take part in full day training session for £150+VAT, compared with the previous price of £305+VAT.
In addition to this, members of the PRCA can now benefit from the following training bolt-on package:
- Five regional PRCA face-to-face training courses for £600 +VAT
- Ten regional PRCA face-to-face training courses for £1000 +VAT
This offer joins the huge range of competitively priced training sessions, including online webinars hosted by highly experienced PRCA trainers. Online webinars are available for £95+VAT for PRCA Members and £120+VAT for PRCA Non-Members.
PRCA Chief Executive Francis Ingham revealed this regional price promise by saying: "This new PRCA training offer recognises a simple reality that's frequently ignored -that adding London-style prices to big travel costs makes training unaffordable for many.”
“Our new offer makes PR training more affordable than ever for people who don't live and work in London. It's another example of our determination to offer value-for-money training - rather than squeezing training budgets and as a result, impairing practitioners’ professional development. In that regard, it stands in stark contrast to many of our rivals' offerings. It's proof of our determination to support the industry we lead.”
