PRCA Launches Online Video Channel PRCATV

20 February 2013 - The PRCA is today launching PRCATV, an online video channel dedicated to providing leading comment on communications and reputational issues.

PRCATV, which can be found at /prca-tv, launches with viewpoints on the horsemeat scandal from Lord Bell, Chairman of Bell Pottinger Private, and will continue to feature senior experts in the fields of communications and business speaking about the issues that matter.

PRCA Director of Communications Matt Cartmell said: “The plan is for PRCATV to be a place for thought-provoking insight and opinion from business leaders on the major reputational issues, alongside innovative ideas on how the communications industry needs to evolve and change.”

Talking to PRCATV about the horsemeat crisis that has hit the food industry, Lord Bell states: "90% of what is being said is just sensationalised rubbish to which the answer is ‘so what?’."

Who we are: Founded in 1969, the PRCA is the professional body that represents UK PR consultancies, in-house communications teams, PR freelancers and individuals. The PRCA promotes all aspects of public relations and internal communications work, helping teams and individuals maximise the value they deliver to clients and organisations.
