Online:

What is it?
Live training course conducted over the web via adobe software. The trainer speaks into a camera and microphone which is streamed over the web to your computer. Often called a webinar.

Do I need to download any special programmes?
No you log on via our website and watch the course on the site. There is an optional download to enhance some features however this isn't currently necessary for any of our courses.

Will it be live?
Yes, the broadcast comes live from our studio in London so you are able to interact with the trainer in real time.

Can I ask the trainer questions/is it interactive?
You can ask the trainer questions, either anonymously or publicly.  In addition there are many other interactive features which the trainer can use to engage the delegates.

Do I need a webcam etc?
No, the only person who is broadcast is the trainer.

Where will I do it?
Most people opt to take the course from the comfort of their own desk with a set of headphones. However you might want to go into a quite office or meeting room with a set of speakers.

What if I have technical problems?
When you originally register for the course a test link is sent to you to ensure you computer and internet connection is suitable. Also our technical support team are always on hand. Call Jessica Lobendhan 020 7233 6026 with any technical queries you may have.

What are the benefits of online?
Convenience, value and time. These are short courses, packed with the most relevant information, which you can participate in from your own desk eliminating the financial and time burden of attending a face to face course.

Is it the same as a normal course?
We have tried to make the experience as similar as possible to that of a normal training course.

Can I interact with other delegates/participants?
Yes, all participants can contact each other either publicly or privately.

Will I get course handouts?
You will be able to download the course presentation at the end of the session. Certain sessions will have further course materials to download.

Are there any discounts?
Yes, currently when you book a place on one of our online courses you receive a second place for free.

Can I be heard?
Only the trainer can be heard, other delegate all interact by instant messaging which is part of the online environment.


Face to Face:

How do I book and pay?
Payment for all our courses can be made via our secure online payment system. Alternatively you can call us on 020 7233 6026 and either pay by card or request an invoice be sent.

I'm having trouble booking online
If you're experiencing any difficulties with our online booking system please call 020 7233 6026.

Do I need to do anything in advance of the course?
On occasion you will be required to a small amount of preparation for a couple of our courses the Presentation Skills course for example. However we will advise you of anything which needs to be prepared in advance.

Where are the face-to-face courses held?
All of our London courses are held at our offices in Victoria. Our regional courses are held in a range of venues, please check the individual course information or call us on 020 7233 6026 to double check.
