London, 26 July 2011 - The second day of voting for the PR Council closed today with over 10% of PRCA member CEOs and Communications Directors having cast their vote already.
The vote sees 23 of the industry's most senior people fighting it out for the 15 available places.
The nominated candidates are:

Voting closes on 5 August, after which the Council will elect its Chairman.
Francis Ingham, Chief Executive of the PRCA said “The PR Council has been a great success over the past year. About the PRCA
Who we are: Founded in 1969, the PRCA is the professional body that represents UK PR consultancies, in-house communications teams and PR freelancers. The PRCA promotes all aspects of public relations and internal communications work, helping teams and individuals maximise the value they deliver to clients and organisations.
