PRCA launches new training quality promise
A brand new standard of training for PR professionals was launched today by industry body PRCA. The new three point training quality promise for 2012 includes: marking trainers on a wide range of criteria; guaranteeing course expectations; and new innovative ways to evaluate course content.
Attendees are promised that:
1. The average feedback score given by delegates on the course will be publicly displayed on the new PRCA training website within 24 hours of completion.
2. If any PRCA trainer scores below 8/10 twice in a year, the trainer’s PRCA approved status will be reviewed
3. The attendee will receive a free webinar course if they are not satisfied by the learning outcomes of the training –based on the course not meeting the description on the new PRCA website and training brochure.
Trainers will be marked out of ten on the following categories: trainer knowledge, the content of the course, relevance of the case studies, and the overall experience of attending a session.
