PRCA explains NLA proposal and outlines response on behalf of members

Last week the PRCA conducted a webcast for its members explaining the NLA's proposals for charging organisations for forwarding and receiving URLs to newspaper websites. Members were then invited to ask questions and share their views before Francis Ingham outlined the PRCA's proposed response.
