The lines are blurred between high street and online – so, providing a consistent, great customer experience across the board is ever more required and complex.

How often do people prefer and need human interaction when making purchase decisions? Is this need specific to some sectors? What is the impact on your frontline brand ambassadors who need to manage reputation with every customer interaction?

Event Overview

Panel:

Pete Marsh, Head of Retail Operations joined Vodafone eight years ago, as Retail Divisional Manager and has had various senior roles in Consumer. One of his biggest achievements to date is the Retail Transformation Programme which overhauled the existing store design and increased the number of stores in the UK to 500.

Pete will share his story of how brand reputation was managed throughout this major transformation, the role of the frontline in the process and how Vodafone managed to remain competitive with a demanding, information-rich and price-sensitive consumer base.

We look forward to seeing you there and if you can’t make it please follow #PRCArep on Twitter to join a lively debate.
