Please join us for the official launch of PRCA LGBT group which represents LGBT individuals and allies within Europe’s largest and most influential PR and communications membership body, the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA). The group brings together LGBT employees and allies to promote the human and business case for fully supporting the LGBT workforce.

Event Overview

The event will aim to bring together employers and policy experts to address some of the most pressing issues facing employers and LGBT employees within the workplace.

Rosie Pollock, Inclusion and Diversity Consultant​, Inclusive Employers:

Established in May 2011, Inclusive Employers are a membership organisation for employers looking to build inclusive workplaces. Inclusive Employers work with a variety of organisations in the public, private and third sectors and provide bespoke initiatives to help build inclusive cultures.

Geraint Lloyd-Taylor  Managing Associate, Lewis Silkin

Geraint is a solicitor, specliaising in advising leading PR, advertising, marketing and creative agencies, as well as some of the biggest brands in the world. He has been very active in the LGBT space for several years, helping to organise and host events with speakers such as Lord Chris Smith, Evan Davis, Sir Derek Jacobi, Peter Tatchell, Robyn White, and others.  He even has a letter of endorsement for this work from Hillary Clinton.

He has also written a tongue-in-cheek guide for parents entitled “How to explain ‘gay marriage’ to your kids”, and is regularly quoted in the press on LGBT issues in relation to the legal profession.

The event will aim to provide an open forum for discussion for attendees and speakers.
