Summary:

In the 24/7 world of 2016, when people are hit with umpteen messages every minute, how can businesses, brands and organisations best communicate effectively with their target audience? What disciplines are needed? Which factors are most important? Is it quality of output? Quality of medium? Quality of sanction? Relevance? Authenticity? Credibility?
Indeed, who should be the master of content?

We have asked these questions of a collection of respected journalists and creatives. Chaired by the highly regarded Midlands Insider editor Kurt Jacobs, the session will involve presentations followed by Q&As. Kurt has long and widespread experience working in business journalism and in PR, particularly in the Midlands, having worked at The Birmingham Post, Adline and Marketing Birmingham as well as with a number of agencies and also freelance.

This event is being run by the PRCA and CIPR.

Event Type: Group Event

Address: The International Convention Centre, Broad Street, Birmingham, B1 2EA
