Event Overview

The internet has revolutionised the way people access information and communicate with each other in their day-to-day lives.  With so many of their target audiences now online, digital and social media strategies have evolved from being a nice-to-have element to a vital part of the communications mix for every organisation.

However, a common challenge facing PRs in highly regulated industries, such as healthcare, is how to bring campaigns to life and engage in meaningful conversations with audiences – from healthcare professionals and patients - while complying with the strict rules of engagement.

This event aims to be an open discussion of how different healthcare organisations approach digital communications and the techniques they use to inform, engage and inspire their different audiences.

Speakers include:

  •          Joe McCrea - Director of Communications at North Staffordshire Combined NHS Trust
  •          Katie Mantell – Deputy Director of Communications & Information at The King’s Fund
  •          Jessi Langsen – Head of Healthcare Content + Publishing at Hill+Knowlton Strategies.

A Q&A session will follow so bring your best and most burning questions!

This event is sponsored by Opinion Health.

This event is worth 15 points in the PRCA CPD scheme.
