Event Overview

PRCA Green Room and PRCA Technology Group are teaming up for a one-off event that will explore how technology is being used for good.

‘Tech for good’ is already influencing how governments and communities solve long-standing issues. It’s also attracting young entrepreneurs who bring their fresh ideas and tech skills to set up businesses that tackle social and environmental issues.

Communications professionals play an important role in potentially helping to scale their impact. Think of it this way: our job is often to make sure good things gain recognition. With ‘tech for good’ initiatives, this could help boost profile that attracts further investors, positions them as mainstream and leads to wider adoption of innovative solutions.

Speakers:

- Nick Davies, Founder, Neighbourly.

Neighbourly is the first social network to connect local projects and community needs with companies ready to help with funds and volunteering programmes.

This event is expected to fill up fast so contact the PRCA ASAP to reserve a space for you and a colleague or two.
