PRCA training best in industry

London, 24 April 2010 - According to the PRCA Benchmarking survey, the Association's training outperforms the other leading providers in the industry. The PRCA's training received an average score of 3.94 out of 5 based from a total of 76 respondents with responsibility for HR in their PR consultancy.

Those surveyed were asked to rate the quality of training provided by a number of suppliers with 1 being rated as poor and 5 as excellent. The results were:
PRCA - 3.94
IoD - 3.71
CIM - 3.64
CIPR - 3.63
Reed - 3.44
Pinnacle - 3.33
Hawksmere - 2.57
INSEAD - 2.50

The score is higher than last year when the Association scored 3.79. This reflects the investment that the PRCA has made into its training, with improvements including the new a qualifications board, online and in-house training.
