Claire Bridges is founder of the UK’s leading creative training consultancy Now Go Create. Claire is an ex-WPP Consumer MD and Creative Director with over 20 years’ industry experience as a creative leader. She is the only person in the UK PR industry to hold an MSc in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership from City University London, reflecting her obsession with both the art and science of creativity. Claire’s training shares the science, secrets & skills that marketing and communications experts use to generate strategy and ideas. She has tutored over 8,000 people in proven ways to be more creative at companies including Microsoft, ITN, C4, Viacom, Havas, Heineken and Sony and works globally with leading PR agencies including Unity, M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment, Cohn & Wolfe, Text 100 & Ketchum amongst many others.

Training Theory


Claire’s philosophy is ‘that everyone can be creative’. Her sessions are highly interactive and experiential and you will learn about creativity through the following methods: Learn by observing Learn by experiencing and doing Learn by reading Learn by group and individual work Claire became a trainer as part of her role as Creative Director at WPP agency Cohn & Wolfe, where she trained the entire agency of 100 people from Board Director to AE level in creativity skills. Since then she has trained nearly 8,000 people. The session is designed to be usefully immediately - as you work through challenges in the room - and the minute you get back to your desk! Her workshops have been described as “a great way to demystify the creative process” and “the best course I’ve attended in my career.”

Claire served on the PR Jury at Cannes Lions 2014 and is the only PR professional globally to work as part of the training faculty at Cannes 2015 a mentor for the Masters of Creativity programme alongside world-class industry experts.
