This course will introduce you to techniques which can be used to enable you to create a realistic budget, and show you how to monitor actual performance against the budget.

Create more realistic budgets
Monitor actual performance against budget and take corrective action in order to enhance performance.

Materials: 

Full course notes, presentation slides and exercises will be provided. A notebook and pen will also be provided. If you prefer to work on a laptop, you are more than welcome to bring it along with you to use throughout the day.
