The PRCA Advanced Certificate for In-House Communications - There are now seven new courses on the Advanced Certificate especially designed for In-House Communications professionals. These are Stakeholder Relationship Management, Project Management, Events Management, Budget Management, Fundraising and Sponsorship, Publicity, Advertising and Marketing and Developing an Internal Communications Strategy. Combine any or all of these with the other courses on offer to make up the points for your certificate.
The PRCA Advanced Certificate (Ad Cert PRCA) is designed to help experienced PR practitioners develop move to the next level. The courses will help you become more efficient, structured in your approach and strategic in your thinking.
The PRCA Advanced Certificate is aimed at practitioners who have one to two years experience in the industry and would like to improve their skills and understanding within the industry and develop their skills further and for those moving over from another industry who would like to gain understanding and PR specific skills.
Structure
The PRCA Advanced Certificate is a modular course. Delegates are allocated points for every course that they complete. 320 points are need to complete this qualification with at least one course from each section chosen.

Planning, Writing, Running a PR Campaign
Pitching and Presenting
Creating; Writing and Selling News
Specialist PR (public affairs, crisis management, city and financial PR, digital and corporate social responsibility).
People Skills
Assessment
Having completed the courses, practitioners will prepare a 2000 essay-based assessment (the subject of this will be submitted to the Qualifications Board for approval) and sent to the Qualifications Board.
Commencement Date and Completion Length
Practitioners can start their Advanced Certificate studies at any time, and have two years to complete the training modules, essay-based assessment to the Qualifications Board in order to attain The PRCA Advanced Certificate.
Costs
PRCA Member £1800 + vat. Non PRCA Member £2200 + vat.
We offer payment plans of monthly instalments over 12 months.
