Description

The course will outline the fundamental theories and practice of Human Resources to help you align your people plan with your business objectives. The course will draw from industry best practice and use case study and interactive sessions to illustrate key learning in the following areas:

  • Pay, Reward and Benefits

Employment Law and referencing will be used throughout each section to provide context and illustrate compliancy requirements.
