The PRCA exists to raise standards. To achieve this end, all members are automatically subscribed to the PRCA's Code of Conduct and Professional Charter (including the CAP Code under the Advertising Standards Authority's remit). All PRCA members are also required to hold the Communications Management Standard (CMS) - the hallmark of PR excellence.
The PRCA also provides guidance and thought leadership to members on a broad range of issues that face the industry, from media spamming to unpaid internships.
