Bobcat like to offer something different. We feel that sitting in a room and hearing someone tell you their pearls of marketing wisdom for a few hours will only of be of limited use in the long run. We take a more holistic view that reflects our whole approach to sales. So we developed a three stage system;

Introductory phone call:
Before the course we like to interview every future attendee to find out what they think they need from us.

Interactive workshop:
This involves results-focussed training that includes gamification learning techniques that are fun and practical and stay with the attendee for the rest of their career.

Personal mentoring:
The opportunity for an additional one to one conversation where each attendee can ask specific questions, gain advice and receive personal mentoring. We then offer free email and telephone mentoring for 6 months after any course. We encourage this by reaching out to attendees afterwards- asking if they are putting the lessons learnt into practice and, if not, helping them do so.

Our working experience in agencies means we know what does work and what doesn’t when it comes to conferences, networking events and via email and telephone.

Over the course of a day we encourage our attendees to really believe in their sales skills by using our experiential approach to training. Our tailor made games will be played with one another and in teams, with attendees taking part in role plays and creative learning.

What is covered on the day?

• We cover the end to end process of new business – from working out what your proposition and messaging is, to training your team in sales and how to manage a pipeline. This approach is all about correct preparation so no ‘ice-cold calls’ need to be made, reducing that feeling of dread when you have to make a new business call.

• We’ll help your team to understand the processes that will make your data work for you. Data management and concise note-taking is key for both building a Prospect’s profile and efficient team work.

• Our nuts and bolts sales training is very interactive and exercise led, utilising the latest theories in game play. We have developed various interactive role playing games that involve all attendees and lessons are learnt rather than just heard.

Our courses are designed to equip any agency with the confidence and tools they need to create new business opportunities. We enable every team member to become engaged in the new business process from your reception staff to account directors.
