Event Overview

Figures from Ofcom’s UK Communications Market report shows that 88% of adults now have internet access at home and the popularity of mobile devices continues to grow. As a result, the growth of using social networks shows no sign of slowing down; particularly WhatsApp, Instagram, and Snapchat. So what does this mean for organisations managing their reputations?

This PRCA Digital Group will explore how integrated reputation management programmes should be managed, what a social media crisis plan might look like, the types of tools and software available for PR practitioners, methodologies used, among many other topics.

We’ll be joined by an influential panel of industry veterans; representing communications, law, and digital specialists.

Rod Clayton MPRCA, Vice President and Co-lead, Global Issues and Crisis, Weber Shandwick

Based in London, Rod Clayton works all over the world in the company’s global corporate practice, where he is an executive vice president and co-leads the global issues and crisis group. Throughout his career, Rod has helped promote and protect the reputations of many companies and other organisations, and of the people who lead them.

After achieving undisputed market leadership in Maritime Security, Barry expanded the PVI model to create Protection Group International, (PGI).
