Event Overview
Travelex’s Luxury For Less was an integrated campaign focused on helping consumers find the luxury holiday they deserved, without it costing them the earth.
It drove 45,000 unique visits within six weeks of launch, providing consumers with a compelling reason to come to Travelex not just for currency, but for travel inspiration. The campaign also successfully positioned Travelex as a digital innovator within the travel industry.
At the heart of the campaign was our bespoke inspiration engine – a tool which let users specify their requirements and find and book their perfect holiday. This was supported by a mini-web comedy series focused on holiday stereotypes and a PR and social campaign around what luxury meant to the general public.
This masterclass will show how we developed a new product and revenue stream for Travelex by placing content at the heart of Travelex’s marketing strategy and how we brokered business relationships with other travel brands to bring our idea to life and then used media and influencers to create an award-winning campaign.
