New Developments in Social Media, a panel discussion chaired by Adrian Ma MPRCA, Managing Director, Fanclub PR: How should businesses prepare to change the way that they handle social media in the future, as issues such as misinformation, social media abuse and the growing power of the algorithm become increasingly prevalent?

Data, a presentation by Allison Spray MPRCA, Director of Data and Insights, H+K Strategies: How is emerging technology going to make data a more meaningful part of PR, from insights through to measurement.

Danny Whatmough CMPRCA, Managing Director, Integrated Media, Weber Shandwick, will chair a panel on data and emerging technologies.

New Dimensions in Experience, a presentation by John Brown MPRCA, Founder, Don't Cry Wolf: How can PR use developments such as VR, sensory immersion, new approaches to story-telling, and gamification?
