Event Overview
In an age of increasing regulatory risk, fake news, the demise of the super-injunction and the internet take-down, lawyers and PRs are working more closely to help manage PR risks.
The panel will look at where the law and PR meet in managing the latest reputational risks and how lawyers and PR professionals can work together effectively.
The debate will include updates on privacy, defamation and data protection laws and the most common reputational issues PR professionals are having to deal with on behalf of their clients. Additionally, we will look at biggest threats to reputation from a legal sector perspective.
The event is relevant for agency and in-house PRs who are interested in issues and crisis PR, in-house and agency legal PRs and in-house lawyers.
