Event Overview

It’s no secret that freelancing is on the rise and many experienced individuals are opting to work in a different way. Like it or not, businesses need to rethink their talent management strategies and work out the best ways to work with freelancers if they want to continue attracting the best talent. There might also be many added benefits too!

Freelancers could be a great asset to your business. Highly experienced with specific skill sets that you can tap into on demand, they are able to efficiently fill a specific task at a given time, offer diversity of ideas, and lower your overheads through remote working.

If utilising freelancers is outside of your comfort zone then come along to our workshop and learn more about how to best work with freelancers and how this could benefit your business.

We will discuss:

  • Common misconceptions about working with freelancers
  • Permanent versus freelance: which is best and when?
  • How to get the most out of working with your freelancer
  • How to find, manage, and pay your freelancer

The workshop will be led by The Work Crowd & Hanson Search CEO, Alice Weightman CMPRCA, talent expert and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience headhunting in the communications and marketing sectors. She has worked with agencies and brands globally finding outstanding individuals and advising fast growth businesses on how to scale and build all-star teams.

It will be an intimate workshop with a maximum of eight delegates to ensure all participants are actively involved.
