Event Overview

We thought we would try something different, so instead of presentations this will be an interactive round table session. This gives you a chance to suggest specific areas for discussion, share your thoughts and hear the opinions of your peers. 

We will ask you to suggest some topics you would like included in advance. Esther Carder MPRCA, from Kingston Smith, will then chair a discussion around the most popular themes. A number of topics have already been suggested:

• Retaining clients
• Driving profit when fees are shrinking and costs are rising
• Recruitment
• Implementing new PO and timesheet systems
• The changing face of revenue streams

About the Chair

Esther Carder MPRCA, Media Partner, Kingston Smith LLP

Esther Carder is a marketing services specialist partner at Top 20 firm of accountants Kingston Smith.

Esther looks after a portfolio of clients in the marketing services sector. As well as advising on routine areas of compliance such as audit and tax, she also advises regularly on specialist areas, including employee incentive schemes and valuations. Esther enjoys working with clients to improve their performance using the Kingston Smith Strategic Consulting framework. 

Esther also edits Kingston Smith’s annual survey on the “Financial Performance of Marketing Services Companies” so is well versed on what sort of financial KPIs PR businesses should be able to achieve.
