Summary:
We may feel we deserve a promotion but do we really understand our boss’s expectations and what we need to do to meet them?
This interactive session will use leadership coaching techniques to help participants to see where to put their focus and speed the process of moving to the next level in the business.
Learning will be reinforced through an hour of one-to-one coaching for each participant at a specified time after the session on June 25th.
