Back by popular demand, Polpeo’s crisis simulation training taster session provides delegates with an immersive role-play simulation, designed to train teams how to handle the real life experience of managing a business crisis on social media.
Join NextGen Scotland for this event on 26 February 2019 - the closest thing possible to a real crisis - where, in teams, you can rehearse, learn and make mistakes in private, enabling you to improve your crisis response plans.
Using proprietary simulation software which mimics social media channels – microblogs, social networks, news channels, video networks, blogs and forums – Polpeo’s Tamara Littleton and Catherine Williams will play the role of the public, responding to everything your team is doing to manage the unfolding crisis.
At the simulation event you will be expected to join six groups of six people and bring along a wi-fi enabled device to participate.
This event is worth 15 points in the PRCA CPD Programme.
