On the 11th of April, Anneliese Searle, Marketing and Communications Executive of The Work Crowd and the PRCA’s NextGen London Chairman, will talk to different leaders in the communications industry.

As a long-serving member of the NBU team – now 12+ years – Tim is a great champion of culture and developing talent from within. He is deeply involved in the agency’s people strategy.

Natalie Luke CMPRCA, Founder & Managing Director, Aduro Communications

After spending the lionshare of her career at Shine Communications, Natalie Luke founded Aduro to produce industry awarded, best in class work that delivers commercial results…whilst leading the charge on flexible working and raising a young family. An independent business created from scratch, Aduro have built their reputation on being a team who prides itself on: being ‘anti-wackaging’, who deliver on every promise made without exception and who deliver on commercial results every time. She cut her teeth working for clients who are some of the most exciting entrepreneurs in their industries and entrepreneurial spirit is at the heart of her business. Ishtar Schneider CMPRCA, Account Director, Health, Edelman

Ishtar works with global clients including Mars Petcare and Johnson & Johnson delivering strategic communications programmes that drive tangible business results. Previously Ishtar worked at a leading health agency in Sydney, Australia for six years. She is a current PRCA Council Member and previous Chair of the Public Relations Institute of Australia’s New and Emerging Practitioner’s Group (NEPG). In 2017, Ishtar won the global PR Daily’s Ace Awards for Healthcare Communications Professional and Industry Newcomer.
