Event Overview

Kingston Smith would like to invite you to the next PRCA FD Forum breakfast briefing on Thursday 16 May 2019.

During this session, Paul Winterflood, Corporate Finance Director, will share an overview of the M&A activity in the sector, looking at the different types of acquirers and what our expectations are for the market in 2019 and beyond.

In addition to this, we will look at the ways that you can build value in your business, what acquirers are looking for and common reasons why agencies don’t sell.

This is will be the perfect forum to share your views and long term objectives with like-minded peers and we always aim for this session to be as interactive as possible.
