Event Overview

Jackie Cooper, the first female inductee of PR Week's UK Hall of Fame, will join Ruth Allchurch CMPRCA and Joan O'Connor CMPRCA - PRCA Consumer Group Co-Chairmen - for a candid and compelling discussion on all things PR in the new brave world of Marketing Communications.  We will take a look at what it means to be effective in today’s competitive and often unchartered waters especially when it comes to defining where PR sits in the process of delivering great campaigns and work that matters.

We will discuss with Jackie some not so conventional PR thinking from a true maverick who will give her perspective on the art of thinking differently, being brave and having confidence in great ideas and making them work irrespective of discipline but holding true to the real value of PR impact .

Jackie believes “Creative is not King – and never could be.  If it were, we’d be missing the most important trick of all.  With the way the world is going , reputation and risk is as much of an issue as the drive to be creatively compelling”

We look forward to welcoming you to join us for what we hope will be an honest and informative discussion from a truly inspirational woman and role model.

This event is worth 15 points in the PRCA CPD Programme.
