This one-day course provides a practical introduction to mindfulness for the PR community. It blends different learning styles including instructor-led training, experiential exercises and group work designed to help PR professionals manage stress more effectively, boost resilience, and improve mental and emotional wellbeing.

Level:

This course is suitable for complete beginners, as well as for more established practitioners who would like a refresher on how to apply mindfulness in the workplace. The course is non-denominational.
