PRCA B2B Group: Finding and addressing the glass ceiling in PR

Event Overview

The PRCA’s B2B group invites you to its inaugural event on the 3rd March 2020, supporting International Women’s Day with a panel session debating where the glass ceiling lies for women in PR (and why).   

Despite PR being a very female dominated industry – 64% of employees are women, with an average age of just 28 – this effect tends to reverse as seniority increases. What is putting women off sticking within the sector? Do both agency and in-house communications professionals see the same problem? And how can we work to alleviate these issues, to ensure a more inclusive environment for all? 

Please join us at 6 pm for a 6.30 pm start, with four industry experts sharing their experiences and views on the challenges and opportunities, followed by your questions. The event will wrap up with networking drinks.
