Event Overview

WHAT’S NEXT FOR BRANDS AND BUSINESSES AND WHAT WILL BE THE KEY DRIVERS OF REPUTATION?

Over the last few weeks the PR definition of a “two way conversation between an organisation and its publics” has never rang more true.  In the last 9 weeks, we have seen very different levers of actions and conversations had by brands and businesses.  It’s been a roller coaster ride evolving day by day, and it’s by no means over yet.

What’s next and what will be the main priorities for consumer brands and how businesses will react to the changing needs and habits of consumers.  What will be the impact and long term effect on the public relations industry as we start to see a very different society and economy emerge?   This pandemic will have some of the most profound and far-reaching implications on a global scale not seen or experienced for the last 80 years.

For our industry, we are already flexing our ways of working, running agile projects and responding to changing environment.  Brands that are seen to be doing the right thing by society and their employees will be the brands that consumers will want to buy and trust in the future.  So what do some of our key industry figures think will be next, their predictions, the unknowns, their hopes and their fears?  Here’s to the new normal and the impact we can have on that as individuals and as an industry.

Please dial in to join Joan O’Connor, European PR Communications Director at Coca-Cola and Chair of the PRCA Consumer Group who will host an informal discussion with some of our most respected agency heads for a virtual round table.

Taking part will be Maneeze Chowdhury, CEO Exposure; James Gordon-MacIntoh

Founder/Owner of Hope and Glory; Greg Jones, Managing Director Engine Mischief and Katy Stolliday, Founding Partner at Blurred.
