Events of the last 12 months have completely changed how we work, how we think about teams and even how we look at the workplace. One year after the UK's lockdown began, we discuss the most important lessons the PR industry has learned this year with a panel of industry professionals.

Melissa Rynn - Digital Innovations and Insights Director for John Doe - Melissa is an award-winning, creative marketing and digital specialist with 13 years' experience across communications, strategy, and social media. She is passionate about finding the most innovative ways to get to the heart of brand personalities, crafting integrated solutions that transcend digital and offline boundaries.

Stuart Wilson - Group Director of Communications for CalMac - Stuart is a former senior journalist who has worked at a strategic level in communications and public affairs for the past 21 years. He has headed up Communications departments across the public, private and charity sectors with a specific focus on creating and transforming teams and crisis communications. He has worked for Strathclyde Police, the Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland, Inverclyde Council, the Church of Scotland, NHS Lothian, Mears Group, MDDUS and David MacBrayne.

Duncan McKay - Senior Public Affairs and Communications Officer with Universities Scotland - Since joining the representative body of Scotland's 19 higher education institutions as Senior Public Affairs & Communications Officer in 2016, Duncan's role involves leading on media work for the organisation which campaigns on higher education issues.
