Event Overview

The role of Junior Creative is relatively new in PR.

And as it’s so new, it’s clear as mud how to progress, what the different roles are, and what salary you can expect.

What is the difference between an Associate Creative Director and a Junior Creative Director? Literally, nobody knows.

In this panel, we’ll bring together a recruitment specialist, a junior creative, a creative director and a creative that doesn’t focus on ideas, and get to the bottom of:
-    How to step over to the creative dark side
-    What agencies are looking for skill-wise
-    What kind of creatives exist in PR
-    What skills a creative needs to show at interviews
-    How to manage a creative team
-    How to nurture creative talent
-    Why the Junior Creative is vital for the future of PR

The session is open to everyone at every level that either wants to be a creative, is a creative, or wants to know what a creative does. So join us to get to the bottom of what the heck an Associate Creative Director is, and other useful information.

Zoom links will be sent out to all attendees 24 hours prior to the event start time. If you sign up after this time, please contact kyrie.abrahams@prca.org.uk for the link.

This event is worth 15 points in the PRCA CPD Programme.
