PRCA Scotland Group Event: Workplace 3.0

Event Overview

Workplace 3.0 Remote working has accelerated a revolution at work.  In February, Salesforce declared the 9-to-5 workday is dead.  Has the traditional Monday to Friday, 9-5 office model gone for good?  As an industry that never switches off and is available to clients (whether agency or in-house) 24/7, how can we match the need for workforce flexibility with our ‘always on’ responsive service delivery?  What impact will this have on PR service delivery and client expectations, creativity, and recruiting and managing teams?  In this panel event, we hear from agency leaders and senior in-house comms practitioners on their plans and expectations for the future workplace.
