Change for Good Conference

Thank you to our EIAC Conference sponsor APCO Worldwide.

Change for good: Building an equitable & inclusive PR Industry is EIAC's first conference and will be held in the week after the PRCA National Conference.

Each day will focus on one priority area: Gender; Race; Disability and Social Mobility

Format: One key note speaker to be followed by a moderated panel discussion

Topics include: Keeping inclusion & equity agenda on the table; gender & ethnicity pay gap; recruitment and organisational culture; the role of networks; role models; stories of those who are doing it right; how can we measure change?

Guiding principles: We will be inclusive and ensure that across all sessions we are representative and reflect intersectionality. We will create a safe and open environment for participants to feel comfortable; listen respectfully to different points of view; be sensitive to each others needs and concerns.
