There are no two ways about it, the world around us has transformed over the last 18 months, ever since the dreaded ‘C’ word (COVID) came into our lives. But as we learn to live with the pandemic and its repercussions, it is time to look to the future and thrive in this evolving healthcare communications landscape.

Over the course of three days of insightful discussion with key industry leaders, the PRCA Health Conference returns for 2021 with a deep dive into how we can leverage emerging digital platforms and keep up with the consumer world, reimagine health policy to address the impact of the pandemic on our healthcare systems and build on the new opportunities that have arisen from the new world around us.

We are all living through the biggest changes our industry has perhaps ever seen.

So, will you be part of it, or just talk about it after it passes you by?

We look forward to having you join us and add to the discussion.

The new digital frontiers: Identifying and leveraging emerging social platforms

Half a billion people joined social media last year (an increase of 13%), proving that our appetite for sharing, consuming and communicating virtually isn’t showing any signs of slowing down. With consumer focus shifting to new or rapidly evolving channels which put audio and visual content at their hearts, and e-commerce increasingly at the fore, how can healthcare companies keep up with these channels? Critically, where are the smart areas for us to play? We’ll examine trends from the consumer world and discuss how healthcare has an opportunity to leverage new platforms to reach our audiences with ever-increasing targeting and relevance.

We’ve assembled a fantastic panel of speakers to discuss the potential new world of healthcare communications, how we can build upon the openings and opportunities created by the pandemic we never could have imagined and explore what will this may mean for the future of our work.
