SME Group Event: Lessons in Ethical Growth with Tony Langham

Join us for our inaugural SME Group event! 
 
Open to any agency in the UK with under 15 members of staff, the Group will provide a hybrid virtual and physical platform for SME agency heads to share ideas and advice, and challenge each other to develop as business leaders. The Group aims to provide long-term business strategic advice – including M&A guidance – practical help on ways to maintain and promote mental good-health, and development opportunities aimed specifically at the growth of SME agency heads.
 
Who better to join us as our first guest speaker but Tony Langham, who recently announced that he would be stepping down as Chief Executive of Lansons at the end of 2021. Tony will share with us his lessons from over 35 years of experience of leading Lansons; tips and tricks for building a successful agency from nothing; and insights into how he balanced enviable growth with corporate ethics and an inclusive culture. 
 
Tony is an adviser, entrepreneur, chairman and author. One of the UK's 500 most influential people according to Debrett's (2014 and 2015), and one of the 300 most influential PR practitioners in the world according to PR Week's Global Power Book (2018). Lansons has been named UK PR agency of the year on 24 occasions. And it is one of the UK's 50 best SME workplaces for the past 16 years according to the Great Places to Work® Institute.
