Summary:

This one-day masterclass will give you the tools to examine your current talent position, the space to challenge your approach to hiring and retaining the best people, and the strategies to optimise your future. You will access two perspectives from two industry leaders to co-host this highly interactive day.

Part 1 will take us on a journey through the PR and communications talent landscape in 2022 via EVP (employee value proposition), employer branding, culture, engagement and effective onboarding. In the afternoon we’ll get practical with a step-by-step recruitment guide, looking at what candidates want in the current market, how you can optimise your recruitment process, navigating the offer stage, and building your talent pipeline.

Throughout the day there will be ample opportunity to debate, interact, learn from each other, and personalise your experience so that each delegate will leave with a talent blueprint for their team to go away, develop and execute. Both trainers are also available for follow-up coaching session to ensure lasting, positive change from this talent masterclass.
