About Stephen
Stephen Welch FRSA is communication and change professional with an accounting qualification. For 10 years he was a partner in a management consulting firm, relying on business analysis skills to identify and solve clients’ operational challenges. He is currently a Director of Archetypical. Archetypical help organizations embed polices, roll out programmes, or develop leaders through the power of play. Stephen started his career in Canada and has lived in the UK since the 1990s. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and was previously a Council Member of the PRCA.
