About Charlie
Charlie has twenty years experience of communications issues and has worked across a number of industry sectors. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), he has a BA Honours Degree in Politics and Business from Oxford Brookes University, and a Diploma in Public Relations.
He cut his teeth in public affairs and political lobbying before moving into PR and marketing. He has gained significant experience of public sector communications, while working across specific private sector clients. Following a management buy-out in 2006 he launched Quantum Public Relations, and has overseen the growth of the agency as it entered the UK's top 150 list.
A regular in PR Week's 'Powerbook' of influential PR practitioners he specialises in strategic, planning and crisis communications. He regularly supports clients in the middle of a controversial crisis and delivers seminars and training on communications issues.
