With over twenty years of PR and communications experience across the private and public sectors, Jenny Wye has worked for Vision Express since 2012 to single-handedly develop the business’ PR function, achieving stand-out results.
Under Jenny’s helm the PR function of the company has grown significantly and achieved tangible results. Jenny managed the introduction of the Heston Blumenthal eyewear range, which was the most successful product launch in Vision Express history and spearheaded a number of award-winning communications strategies for the brand. These include the ‘Vision Van’ campaigns that have toured the UK & Ireland and delivered unprecedented spikes in eye test bookings for the company, alongside a significant road safety initiative that has attracted the attention of MPs and policy-makers.
A highly-motivated and positive leader, Jenny has overseen high profile launch events, forged relationships with VIP ambassadors, co-ordinated PR-led store activity across a portfolio of almost 400 outlets, leveraged national sponsorships and established a Charity Project providing support to five healthcare organisations in the UK and Ireland.
