“I believe that learning should be fun and like to get important messages across in a style that delegates find enjoyable. As well as sharing best industry practice, my workshops incorporate a varied range of training methodology, including: quizzes; small group discussions; questionnaires; team challenges. The emphasis is on participation, rather than a PowerPoint presentation. This approach enables delegates to keep energised throughout the day. It also allows opportunity for each delegate to use the learning style they find most appropriate, and to practice developing other styles.”
