About Us

Coldr is a marketing communications and culture consultancy that exists to help brands, businesses and individuals to do better on purpose.

Founded by Kamiqua Pearce, Coldr offers a different proposition: we help brands break the ice between business strategy, cultural fluency and their reason for being. We support you to become ambassadors for social change and what good looks like from the inside out. We help you to align your operations with your communications to deliver meaningful campaigns that connect and engage long after your commitments.

Consultancy and marketing communications for brands and organisations that are on a journey to walking their talk. Once commitments have been made publicly and senior teams are engaged, we help businesses to navigate the nuances of responding to societal change, to become more inclusive, to build trust and to foster innovation. We partner with you on your purpose-led journey and we know sometimes it is a marathon not a sprint.

Inclusively Diverse consultancy

We develop bespoke programmes and workshops to support companies better understand different lived experiences and create inclusively, diverse approaches to sustainable cultural change in the workplace.

We’re a break from the norm, we don’t do traditional D&I as we don’t believe all singing and no dancing schemes work - they often exclude and divide. We believe specificity is needed for real change to happen. We get under the skin of your current approaches, we help you to plan and prioritise and we coax you to think differently so you can build a better community of culture in your workplace.

A Different Connection

We support emerging brands and ethnic minority business owners to connect with their audiences.

About the team

Coldr is led by Kamiqua Pearce who fuses creativity with strategic nous to define and redefine a brand or organisation’s purpose. Having spent the last 15 years working in-house and agency side and has used the depth and breadth of her experience to define a consultancy proposition that is needed for today’s world and future generations. Kamiqua is passionate about diversity and inclusion: She is a member of the PRCA Race and Ethnicity Board, a BME PR PRO mentor and has established the UK Black Comms Network to increase the number and seniority of PR professionals of African, Caribbean and mixed Black heritage in the UK PR and comms industry.

At Coldr, we work closely with our community of consultants who have earned their stripes providing consultancy and compelling narratives for the masses, the novel and the niche.
