This half-day course is aimed at those who want to run successful campaigns, profitably (agency or in-house). You will learn how to create a campaign budget, how to measure progress, and – most importantly – measure profitability and ROI. We will discuss general theory and then you will get a chance to respond to an imaginary brief and via a simulation, explore potential outcomes. We will also discuss how to manage stakeholder expectations and the best ways to communicate restraints, or how to ask for extra budget. By the end of the programme, you will understand the basics of the financial element of campaign management and have specific tools to improve the profitability of your campaigns.
