This workshop aims to equip delegates with the skills and techniques needed to work effectively with clients - even in difficult situations - and build long and lasting relationships.
Attendees will gain skills in all aspects of account handling including agreeing, managing, exceeding and monitoring expectations; using assertive behaviour to manage difficult situations; and adapting behaviour to improve outcomes. This is a highly interactive workshop that includes role-playing exercises.
